But you already admitted you were using a third-party program, not for this, but for something else. Blizzard's Warden probably detected that, and that's why you got banned, and it just coincidentally arrived after you'd been farming this spawn. Why would you think you were banned for the AFK farming instead?I just want to tell you that it is possible to get banned for doing this.
you talk alot about being banned, yet you have not provided any evidence of it.
Personally, I think your just trying to be an ass-clown and scare people into not running this because your unable to run it correctly / or on a high enough torment.
Guys. Keep calm.
I deleted some posts that were a bit out of bounds, now keep it civil like civilized people do.
If this flamewar starts up again, wrists will be slapped.
tldr: exploiting is risky
My thoughts is that Blizzard practices deterrence, kind of like the recording industry. Similar to how the recording industry knows it won't catch every single torrenter, Blizzard realizes it won't be able to ban 100% of exploiters. It just aims to ban enough that it strikes fear into the majority of people.
With this logic, they would go after the lowhanging fruit first - the botters and such. Warden can detect apps apps running in the background so those people are more easily identifiable an less able to tie up their customer service with petitions ("our files show you ran DemonBuddy, case closed"). This is very clear in the email I got:
Automation Programs ("Bots")
We take action against accounts using automation programs or bots when one or more heroes on the account are identified using a bot to achieve automation.
People who tie down their mouse or keyboard? Less easy to prove. I'm certainly guilty of playing 18 - 24 hours straight sometimes. Whose not to say I was so doggedly determined to farm the Hive that I sat in front of the computer for two days while holding down shift + 1? So perhaps Blizzard won't ban all such cases where "person was logged on for 24 hours in one spot, holding one key". But, they will take a chance (they're likely to be right anyway) and ban a few so that we run back here to OwnedCore and post our sad fates, potentially deterring X number of people from exploiting. I will also note that I just went through the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use), and while it doesn't explicitly mention the illegality of this type of exploit, Blizzard does maintain sole discretion on who gets to use Battle.net.
The message is simply, exploiting is gambling. Of the many friends who also did AFK farming with me, I'm the only one who got banned. So I lost, but they won with shiny TFs and SOJs. If the thought of losing your character and all the hours you put into it scares you, then don't exploit. If you're like me and decided it was worth the gamble, then exploit away.

did they nerfed this?
It's great that you've come to terms with your ban, but I don't think it's necessary to be condescending toward everyone else who can still play. I'm fairly certain this game is played in many people's free-time, and they're probably plenty productive when they're at work or school. I'm not entirely certain how working on my jump shot will make me a better person, while playing a video game makes me a lesser person, but I'll be sure to get working on my jump shot right away.
I set my character into position about 2 hours ago, and everything is working fine, so I doubt it. Although, they could have thrown in a hotfix within the last couple hours for all I know.
