AFK farming - 2 billion xp/hr + tons of item drops [help needed]

Here is an easier method of setting up the AFK farm which requires 2 players:
step 1. have runner find Emikdeva (he always seems to be at top of the map as the siege rune you need is always the downward staircase to the North)
step 2. have farming character port on top of runner and die at afk spot
step 3. have runner run Emikdeva far away and die
step 4. have runner leave game
step 5. farm character revive and start killing mobs

PS... I noticed that if you lead the trash mobs out of the area along with Emikdeva the trash mobs will not spawn in the pit and you will have to leave the pit to kill the trash mobs. For this reason try to leave the initial pillars in place and jump over them as Emikdeva will teleport to you and follow you while trash mobs will get stuck in pit.

Right... I was doing it and noticed only 4 mobs spawning, then I went back to Emikdeva and found some adds with him, if you dont kill the adds, they will not respawn on the pit.

So now I vault right after starting the event, so the mobs get stuck on pillar, easy way to setup. : )

Something peculiar happened.

After afking in the exact same spot for a few hours I suddenly found myself dead and a Champion on top of me. Now most likely he was just agro'd from somewhere but it is a little strange.



It did allow me to verify a little something. Blue gear, materials and gems disappear when you leave the place where they dropped for I guess about 10-20 minutes.

This happened when I was dealing with the champion pack and the bunch of elites I ended up pulling.



You can see clearly all these items disappeared when compared with the picture above it. This could be a nice way of cleaning up the drops so it is easier to pick up legendaries when they do drop.

What program/ script do you guys use?

Don't use any 3rd party software or scripts, else u are getting banned.

doing it on t1 hc. use thorn damage as /script

edit: but iam pretty sure blizz cant ban u for using an autoit script wich is only pressing one button every few seconds

Just use the siege runes campaign quest. It will always be there.

If you make it in campaning "siege runes" it's a fixed spawn at the north, just the elite guarding it may be different
You must find the right one within 3 games (took me 1)
