    Reset enchant

    1. Enchant desired NON-enchanted item for better stat
    2. If you don't like any of the rolled options quit the screen without chosing
    3. Item becomes account bound and you are locked to the selected stat, plus enchant gets more expensive
    4. Exit game
    5. Resume game
    6. Item gets reseted, non-account bound, non-enchanted and you can re-enchant it for the same price

Are you saying that it will reset the locked attribute too? Because I picked the wrong attribute for one of my items and it really screwed me over...

Cant test while I'm at work though.

Sorry, forgot to mention it has to be an un-enchanted item.

    Confirmed working using these steps:

    1. Choose a new item to enchant
    2. Accept the bind to account box.
    3. Either select an enchant or if you don't like any listed Alt+F4 out of the game without selecting any and try again at the same cost!

    Update:

Doesn't seem to work every-time and not on all items...

So you save max 30k... If you cannot enchant an already enchanted item, i see this as a waste of time if you are only trying to save such a small amount of gold.

+rep even tho for a pointless act.

If it can be repeated on the same item, then you can potentially save significantly more. My helm costs 2mil to enchant. If I could have reset the price every time, I'd have saved over 15mil gold on it. (This is assuming I'm interpreting all of this correctly. I didn't try it.)

If you get a nice pair of trifecta gloves and you know you won't be using them until you roll 10% crit damage, this will be very handy.
I've been using this since the launch of RoS without realizing it was an exploit :P

EDIT: Also when trying to roll crit on a helmet or socket on a weapon

You can roll a perfect stat without running the costs up to hundreds of millions of gold.
