The exploit has to do with loot tables having fixed loot per game session. You find what you want to farm for and look for it at a certain level then gamble with kadala as she gives level 70 items in any game and still follows the loot table. I could/will explain more when I'm not in a hurry but it's one of the top posts in the main forums now. This will help you find specific legs but certainly not more per hour

Getting 40 legs/hour is next to impossible unless you're doing something that's 75%+ sure to yield a legendary. The only thing that does that in Diablo 3 is virgin kill of Diablo and Mathael (100% drop), so if there *is* any way to get this high of a LPH, it's bound to have some sort of quest/progress exploit regarding those two.
But then again, that would most certainly require you to leave+resume game and break the patterns of "loot tables", rendering the whole concept moot on which this bullshit is based on.

I've been following this since his first post, and the more I read, the more I think he's an expert troll. That, or he's like a psychic who actually thinks he's psychic and not just a conman. I'm not sure if it will ever be proven unless someone takes the time to keep track of a shitload of data from a single game. To confirm his hypothesis, someone needs to build up a couple thousand keys (or rift it forward) and keep opening rifts in a single game. Once the loot table goes beyond a certain amount, i.e. gets closer and closer to the entire loot table of the game, we can say with high certainty that the hypothesis is wrong. The hard part is keeping a single game open long enough to gather enough data.

Only way to find out if certain "Loot" servers have certain loot, is if you play though all acts on certain IPs and notice you get certain legendaries with those IPs. But that's gonna take a long time to figure out. Like couple hundred runs. You can find 3 bracers in a row, then find 2 chests.

I'm not denying the possibility, but even then you couldn't farm 40 legs/hour with certain IPs, because it would take an hour to find 2 or 3 same IPs if lucky, cause well a few hundred IPs to get it's gonna take a lot of games to recreate.

Only reason someone would get 40 legs/hour is if there would be the slightest chance to make a program to detect which mobs, chests or objects drop a legendary. Even then it might be hard getting up to 40 legs / hour.

This is definitely troll.

Either he got lucky with shards and trying to show off(easy to get 1500 shards/hour if you got the keys + Rift It Forward community) or he's multiboxing efficiently on higher torment lvls and got lucky with certain drops.

Not denying this, but I'm 98.72% sure it's total bullshit.

Also, if you farm with 4 accounts, on T4 or T5 perhaps, with group bonus etc. It's really likely you can often get to 30-40 legs/hour.

I did some group runs on T5 with clan members and I got 7 legs in 1 hours. Some were getting more, some get up to 13 legs / hour depending on luck. If 4 accounts get lucky, and even really lucky and reach up to 50 legs in an hour. But you're gonna have to get really lucky and be really efficient on higher torment levels like 4 or 5 doing rifts.

theres a link of the profile of teal in the post, u can notice he has 5 sojs and 3 of those grandeur rings. some nice sets. but whit an exploit farming 40legs per hour u should have at least better stuff, i dont even play that much the game i bot some hours a day not much and i got 2 sojs, and my wiz as more dps and better elemental dps than any of the 5 wizards this dude has. And i only get like 2/3 legs per hour.
