Can someone please help me? I finally got the right coordinates so that it hovers the mouse over where Dank Cellar is, but even if it's open, it does not click or recognize the blue color. What should I do? thanks in advance
Hi Shimizoki,
I having some trouble trying to make the bot work. Apparently, after everything being set up, the cursor still does not move and i get the fatal error mainmenu.png
I have tried copy and pasting my own .png "resume" button(only that) just to see if it works initially, but it doest.
Im using the x86 where the Include files has been included and the .dll files have already been included in c drive, windows directory.
Up to now nothing works and its the same error.
Btw my resolution is 1366x768, but i resize it to 1280x720 in the game, and thats what im using as the icons setting.
Any ideas what may be the problems?
Thanks
hmm...I set completely new run path. But when she runs cursor over the door to highlight it...she doesn't seem to recognize it. She continues on as if there is no cellar.
To the folks having problems.
Basically, the scripts uses a library called imagesearch to match pics/icon that are RESOLUTION DEPENDANT to what is on the screen during a run.
Therefore IMO you need to ensure the following.
1. Account for the weirdness that is 32bit vs. 64bit. For me, none of this works if I don't use the 64bit version of AutoIt to run the script. In my AutoIt installation folder there are two files AutoIt3.exe and AutoIt3_x64.exe
2. Ensure your dlls and imagesearch.au3 is installed in the correct directory's. Look at the installation instructions.
3. Screen resolution matching in your desktop OUTSIDE of D3. For me, I had a problem the longest time with it totally not moving to the correct waypoints even when I set my D3 resolution to 1920x1080 Fullscreen Windowed. Then I realized that my DESKTOP screen res was 1920x1200. Once I set that to 1920x1080, the script started to work. So for all you guys want to run at lower res with the default icons provided. Try setting BOTH you desktop and D3 screen res to whatever.
I hope this helps.
Double check your passives. Make sure you have Tactical advantage. What resolution is the game running in, what resolution is your desktop? Try setting the MovementSpeed back to 0 in the INI just incase your comp is having issues keeping up. If those end up not working then you will be forced to edit the coords slightly to your current game.
Are you sure its not recognizing the blue? double check the logs and see if it says that the dank cellar was found. It should say
"Checking - DankCellar
Moving - To DankCellar"
You may end up having to make more adjustments for the pixel color its searching for if the game is feeling like being truely evil to you.
Which fatal error? that its not found? or that its not recognized?
If you are on a x64 system try using the x64 files... sometimes it works for people... otherwise stick with the x86
I dont think anyone has got the script running when using a non-native aspect ratio, Unfortuantly I dont have the ability to do any testing on this.
Sorry i cant be of much help.

how to solve the disconnect problem anyone?
It is the not recognized error...
Im using a 32-bit, so im using x86
im using auto it v3.3.8.1(which incorporates x86 and x64... will it make a difference?)
Btw, assuming that im going to use my original resolution which is 1366x768, do I have to make and changes in the script or its just the PNG images for it to work?(gonna test that now)(tested it without changes in the script, mouse still doesnt move)
It's alright, appreciate it

What Problem?
The script is designed for use on a 16:9 system... for you to get it to work you need to change the coords in the script. Im really sorry.
AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH youve been banned.
No, im kidding. Double check you have plugins and all that... java, flash... it may use one of those. Try a different browser. I know I've had issues on one browser on some days and not another.

arrrgghh, this is really annoying. Set everything up. Now it won't recognize the cellar when the mouse hovers over the light!
suggestions anyone?
