Seriously.. This would be the best program ever if it worked for Windows 7 x64

Tried running in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3 and running as administrator. I select something like, say azeroth, then click anywhere, then it crashes after 2-3 seconds.

Have you load the newest version form noggit page?

This file is included there so you should not get this error.
In your noggit folder should be a folder calld fonts with the file MORPHEUS.TTF in.

The crash on the other file happens if you start wow to test a patch.MPQ and have not closed noggit.
In this case 2 apps try to access the MPQ.

That can crash your files. If you do world building, never open up 2 apps the same time!

An i develop on Win7 without any problems. That includes testing and running it

I have also noticed, and I don't know if it really helps or something, that when you minimalize it or just switch to another window like your browser, it doesn't crash while it usually does for me. I don't know why is this helping, but it is

This man is right, I also discovered this. When I click on a zone and it's loading it, I have to make a new window active instead of Nogg-It so it doesn't crash for me.

If noggit progress is stopped, could we have the source code, so we can continue the work?
Make a google repo or something, but if nobody doing anything , thats pointless.

But the chance that this is happening is even less than me getting money.

Protip to all: I've been working with the Oct. 20th, 2009 revision and all I have to say is if you take away the features of the newer builds (Speedy land heightening, Oooohhhhh) it's THE most stable build out there.

Update your driver to the latest (maybe unofficial) version. 8500 supports GL_ARB_Vertex_program but not GL_ARB_Fragment_program.

I have used Noggit before, and it worked fine, but I have just loaded it up, and it is very slow, my framerate is always around 0.50. I am using Rev 104$ if that helps.

    Hope someone can fix this.

If the bugged SVN is the problem, I still have a copy of rev 104 sources.
I think it's one of the most stable rev of Noggit and I can send it back to you if it could help

I Hope Noggit will live forever
