PayPal Trouble

Ok, so Recently I scammed some money from an account buyer... so then After 24 hours, he recalled the money, but before he recalled the money, I spent some of it, leaving me with -$350~ Account Balance Now.

Thing is, I still have a registered Credit Card on the account

1) Will PayPal take money from the account to refund to the buyer?
2) What else will happen?
3) I just changed my address after he recalled the money, Will PayPal know?
4) I did not use a proxy.. will they still be able to find me with the fake address?
5) If they do take money from my Visa , can I sue them .. etc?

This has happened to me before but it was $-2000.00 and a few years back. But I wasn't scamming. I was scammed. They did not take the money from my bank account nor from my credit card. My account just stayed negative and after a few months they tell you that your account is closed due to being negative for a certain period of time. I don't know if things changed but that is what happened to me.

Yeah, but that is because You got scammed, this is a case where I scammed another persons' money. Is there a difference? Same Punishments? Did PayPal contact you by Phone ?

What the hell were you thinking? You scammed on a real paypal account...if something did go down, they would have ALL of your information, without even having to look. Never have anything to do with scamming anywhere near your real PayPal.

I think something like might be a per-person base. My brother scammed on his real paypal. Granted, it was only 100 USD, after it was said and done paypal closed his account.
