    Well, now test it.

    As some people have had problems with putting the exe in another directory, this version is now a release with all needed files. You should not need to have any other files in the directory but these.
    Filebeam - Beam up that File Scottie!

    In case Noggit does not start or crash telling you that a DLL is missing, you might want to use this one having some stupid files you should have yourself.

    If its still crashing, you should check the log.


    Please test this. Test it a lot and test the new output files and check them ingame etc. Delete objects in Noggit and see if the file works etc. Please. Really test everything you can imagine.

    This is revision 74 even if it says 73.

    The command "Shift + J" do not work atm... my crash every time i try to refresh a ADT. I test it on GM Island, and on my island that i try to build.. but one thing more... when you put the water on in TBC locations and move around, i don't know how to say it, but something is not right..

    First Bug report : It seems there is a bug (memory leak ?) when digging holes, after too much successive holes (without releasing Shift or Ctrl between each click), Noggit crash
    I know there is many memory leak in the source code, but I don't know if it's that.

    This is a selecting related issue. Selecting is not that great and therefore may give wrong results. On holes, the result is not checked but just used. Therefore it can lead to a crash.



    This has been done with ONE dragging in revision 75. The problem itself is not fixed but prevented to crash Noggit.

    Another bug I found, also a selecting issue : We can't select a chunk through WMO (M2 not tested) even if they are not displayed (F6).

    PS. : Map is QA_DVD, isn't it ? ^^

    What filepath does the configuration file need for the newest Nogg? Is it just the base WoW directory or is it Data or what?
    no matter what I try, Nogg won't start up :3

    The Newest Noggit doesn't need .conf file o_o
    It read the WoW Directory as it is in the registry and use it by itself.
    You don't need any configuration, take a look at the log to find the problem

    Edit : Middle-Click now work for moving WMO o_o Dunno what you've done, but thanks =D

    Hmm, well I downloaded both the minimum and maximum archives Schlumpf linked on this page; both of which crash when I try to run them - before even moving the title off SDL_App.

    Alright. No flaming or anything. Just support. There is 2 bugs with the new Noggit. 1) Its a very bad hole editor. It crashes often when making holes... :S 2) The Shift+F4 command doesnt work. It still follows the mouse : / Though I primary want the Hole editor to work as the noggit im using rightnow doesnt work with Hole editing. It just keeps using the last used tool

    I did not get anything you want to express. The hole editor did not change in any way since the last time. What are you using now and how is it different?..

    Is there even still a shift-f4? I guess no. As we don't want that old mode anymore.

    Please try this one:
    Filebeam - Beam up that File Scottie!

    Save the same tile again and look at the result. Also look in the log for "Problem with saving: This ADT is said to have vertex shading but we don't write them yet. This might get you really ****ed up results.". If that's in there, the result is important. If its not in there, I really have no idea currently.
