All your problems are from vista, yes I know it sucks and vista doesn't run anything. Just got to live with it and wish you could use half this stuff.

Whenever I open it all it does is open the outline of it for about a second, and then exit, what should i do?

@ tonyman: i think you're using patch 3.0 . aren't you? and noggit is coded for 3.0. Beket works on it, but it's only for 2.4 at the moment
