Alright, I deleted all of NoggIt, then re-Downloaded from RapidShare. I then got the MSVCP71 and MSVCR71 DLL's and then changed the DLL to dll (Apparently it should work then), then I launch the .EXE (Shortcut doesn't work...) and I get on the main page.

I click "Kalimdor" then chose like the white place up top (Hyjal). It loads for about 10 seconds, then "Nogg-It.EXE has had to shutdown" and it closes. Wtf? Anybody know how to fix please?

EDIT: I am using Windows Vista(TM) Home Premium on a Intel(R) Core(TM)2 DUO CPU with 2038MB RAM.

Extracted maps? You dont need to extract any maps anywhere to get this to work. Seriously here is a list of things that may make noggit work for you:
    - Try compability Mode.
    - Try and delete everything about noggit from your computer, INCLUDING temp files that windows does not remove by itself.
    - Download the suggested .dll files and put them in your system32 folder.
    - Update Microsoft .NET Framework to the latest (Im running 3.5 and it works).

Why is it not working for you?
    - Its not because you're using Vista. ITS NOT.
    - Its not because you're running 64bit.
    - You may need to update your .NET Framework. This is required for most amateur-written applications.
    - You may have an error or a curropt file in your current noggit, or one of the temp files on your computer.

The temp files can be located:
    VISTA:
    c:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\
    AppData IS HIDDEN
    c:\Windows\Temp\

    XP:
    c:\Documents & Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\
    Administrator MAY BE HIDDEN
    c:\Windows\Temp\

Hope it helps some of you. If it doesn't, buy a new computer :P

this is the stablest version ive run of noggit in a while. Whether thats because I was too lazy to find a better one or not, who knows. I like the WMO manipulation, if you do manage to fix it up to add MDx/WMO's via the editor I'll tip my hat to you sir. Memory leaks are still a bummer but what can you do eh.

When I get my new system up n runnin' I'll give it a proper whirl.

intel - Google Search ? WTF. You actually can't update a "driver" for a Intel Core 2 Duo. Its your ****ing CPU. They don't have drivers you can update. If, then update your GPU. Your graphics card. Its that ATI or NVIDEA thingey.

Hmm. It may just be as simple as Nogg-it wont work on your computer. I have nogg-it working on this computer. But on my brother's computer it doesn't work. Nothings perfect. I'd recomend to go test and see if you get Nogg-it running on anthor computer. If it works on said other computer then I guess your computer just doesn't like it. Nothing really you can do about it.

    Every chip is different.

This is the most common phrase you hear on overclocking forums. You may have 2 computers with the exact same hardware and still they wont overclock equally. This is because two chips (this is the acctual computer, the thing that makes everything work) are never, ever the same, no matter what. Seeing as this is an amateur (hell of a job though) written application, Im not surprised that it wont work for some people. If none of the solutions in this thread have helped you, I guess its a new motherboard you need.

    Damn fine job!

@PeopleWithProblems: Someone a few posts back had an error with msvcp71.dll, so I suggest heading to Index of /wowmapeditor and getting older versions of the map editor, then overwriting the old files with the new one Breket released.

@Breket: AWESOME job, man! I've wanted to get into world edits for a while, but found the older versions a bit buggy for my tastes. You've cleaned it up nicely! Thanks for releasing this!

    @Astra: All I gotta say is <3.
