[Question] Working converter to .m2 with animations intact?

Alright, I've found some work by this guy that is working on a very ambitious project to make WoW explored so to speak: WoWExplored

I've downloaded his exporter and it works just great, I can view the bones in MilkShape and I presumably can then edit the model as much
as I want and add polygons to it, however is there a converter from either MilkShape > .m2 or .3ds > .m2 format?

I've tried using 3DSToM2 although the download was a bit fuzzy (there is a mirror at http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...om-models.html
but it's down for maintenance atm) but couldn't get it to work. But then it struck me... is it even possible to convert to .m2 with the animations intact?
Also, if anyone have any news regarding this application or updates to it, please link a download to me, I want to get started with my Wii-developer friend
who's free this weekend who wants to give me a hand in improving my http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...ift-skins.html pack.
