Did you try:every race to race conversion?

The Alliance -> Horde is mixed up with Alliance -> Alliance though, so eventhough you want Human -> Alliance race, you need to download Human -> Horde race...

yes i did, horn and head is not so good as i want them, the horns and tails are in the human hair color, and female has beard. no so sexy XD
