Model changed reversable?

Am I able to undo the changes I make?
Also, I play an undead female. Been playing her for years, and I've grown sick of her. If I change the model to a NE, wil al female undeads look like a NE?

Delete the custom patch.

Remove the MPQ files that you added to the WoW/data folder.

You should only have these MPQs:

Common.mpq
Patch.mpq
Patch-2.mpq
expansion.mpq
eula.tmp
tos.tmp

And yes, if you change undead female to nightelf female, all undead females will look like night elf females and the undead males will have the hair colors of nightelfs.

Just a small sense of humor don't get all angry. -_-' MPQ is a file extension, so anything with MPQ is an MPQ. Tmp isn't an MPQ
