[Question] WoWME Fix for 2.3.2?

Hello everyone,

Yesterday was released the new patch (2.3.2), and I encounter some difficulties to make my WoWME program work. I have been using it for a while now, had no problems. I noticed Blizzard added a .MPQ file to the Data folder.

Now my question is, is there any FIX for WoWME or should I rather use another program/method to change my gnome male to human male? And if I do, which one please? Since WoWME was extremly easy, would be to have something like that.
