Executioner proc into Thunderfury/Windfury proc?

As the title says, is this possible? i know quite something about modelchanging, but i can't get this stuff to work, its hard to find the proc names and stuff.. so my question is if someone could make me this file/help me with it?

Executioner does an "effect", some kind of green line or something, and I guess he means that jumping lightning ball and tornado effect by the thunderfury proc. U just need to find the m2s.. thats all
