[Question] Visual Effects

I was wondering if it is possible to change the way WoW is viewed, such as with the drunk effect or the Shadow of the Forest effect. And if it is possible, how would I go about changing the view. Thanks for the help.

I don't know how Shadow of the Forest looks exactly, but if it is an attachment to your character then you should be able to change it.
As for the drunk effect, isn't it just a change in the camera? I don't really know, haven't played with it.

Thottbot World of Warcraft: Shadow of the Forest
this is the link to shadow of the forest. It is a buff from the quest Totem of Vark(Thottbot World of Warcraft: Quest: Totem of Vark). I want to try to get the visual effect from that buff.

Those are most likely made by shaders.

Shaders are those .bls ones. I don't know if you are really able to change them to let one effect look like an other. Maybe just MemEdit them.

Some shaders are hard-coded into WoW too. But well, I don't know that much about them. Noone ever really cared.
