[Question]Morph effects

Is there any way to set a trash buff like waterbreathing to a transform buff like iron boot flask?
Have been trying spellswapping but doesnt seem to work with morph effects or iam doing something wrong

If I recall correctly this should be possible by spell swapping. Are you sure you've got the right spell ID's?

Yes iam sure but when i use my waterwalking it just gives no visual effect , just the water walking but no animation at all.
