Hey guys i just scammed someone for their wow account well two of them 3 70s on the two accounts. But now im mad nervice because he is DEFINITLY 22 years old and he said he is contacting his lawyer or attourney. I am not sure what to do . I told him the account got banned and he said can i have the pass to check and i said no sorry i can not share it because its personal?
So could i get in trouble please respond quickly so i know to give it back to the guy.

like i said i think he has my IP adress he might be wrong
TBH there's nothing I think the guy can do. He can maybe call blizzard and say his account was hacked and he found a keylogger on his pc. Blizz got all the info on the previous account info so I dont see it taking much for them to notice after his call, thats if you've changed the account info. I did this once, but not scam. The person must've called into blizzard and told them his account was hacked because I tried to log into the account and I got invalid password or user name, later that day he was on wow tooling around telling me how his account was hacked and blizzard gave him a unique password. So if he really wanted to he can get his account back by providing accurate info. Also if he was using credit card information to pay for activation then he'll forsure get his account back. To avoid any more problems and bad rep just give him the account back, or wait to see what happens with him.
-Good luck
Unless you scammed on MD, a person with 6+ rep, and TWV. Do NOT be worried, he's NOT going to be spending that much money to get you down here, hiring a lawyer, etc... and even if he does have your IP unless he's a Jackal (if they exist). Then there's nothing he can do.

LOL ya hes gonna take you to court and sue you over 3 70s even though that would cost way more in fees then just to get a new account and he wouldnt win the case.
dude if you get this nervous from a single threat i suggest you dont scam lol, do you know how many times someone has threatened to sue me?
yeah mccain this isnt my first time scamming its just i still get scared because some people are that crazy that they will spend the money, i first started talking to him on meebo but then switched to a proxy
The part that freaks me out is he linked a lawyers site to me in his town
If he has no info on you he cant sue you however, if he has your IP he can find out who you are
The case would be dismissed or ridiculous lawl... He doesn't own the account, Blizzard does and they don't really care.
"We have come to court today because <Name> has taken three level 70s on an internet game."
IMO I love when people say things like that.
Hey dawg, don't be worried. Keep the account, block him, and ignore him. He won't be able to do anything. He won't spend that much money to get you all the way down there over a video game. I think the government has much more, and bigger problems to take care off. It's not like you robbed a bank, or physically went into his house to obtain the information.
Scammed Gold: 31821g
he wont take you to court. period

as the WoW lawyer would say (or something on the lines of): The account is Blizzards property. Not his.
(my example): lets say bob let joe borrow his new call of duty 5. Fred comes along and steals it. Joe cannot sue because it his not his property (tho bob could but blizz says "Its your fault you got scammed we can't really do anything about it")
There is absolutly nothing you should be worried about. He will not spend that money and he is just trying to intimadate and scare you so he can get his account back. Ignore him and have fun
Your fine, stop worrying. He is just trying to scare you into giving the account back. Even if he was a jackal, don't be scared unless you are allergic to Pizza and phone calls.
