Trying to test out some importing / exporting for M2 files.
I've used Glitchys MES Version 2.0.0.30 to import a test model I've made in 3ds max.
The model itself looks fine, but the skinning is completely off.

The texture itself is a 1024x1024 blp.
I've tried exporting the model as it was, breaking and detaching each face as a separate object, but none of that made any difference.
I'm currently making a patch file with the m2, skin and blp file only.
Any idea?
