Bad news.

I just called blizzard and the lady told me the account was flagged and cannot have any phone updates done to it.

The first part went well though. Gave her the required info to change email address and she was going to do it until saw that it was flagged.

She asked if it was recently compromised, I said yes that's why I need to reset my email and then reset my password because they were hacked.

she then told me that no changed could be made via phone and said she'd email me the information on account retrieval.


I'm all ears for what to do here next.
