    So, to change the weapon size, I would have to work on changing the .m2 file, but, do you know how to "navigate" thro the m2 files, I mean, how can I open the file and explore the configuration contained there?

    Im guessing that if we can change the m2, we could do some cool stuff like changing the model animations, make an human attack like an orc, or dance like a dwarf...

    Yep, that is possible, but very hard. The only ones who have ever transfered animations between models were NiNtoxicated, Cryect or Malu05.

    Well, how to navigate. ..
    Hmm .. open it in a hex-editor.

    You could extract the model with WMV, open it up in MS3D and scale it up and reposistion it as you like then when you convert it with 3dstom2 change the scale as you see fit.

    Well .. that may be a way too. Just keep in mind that this will change the size for every race.
