I have found a link for Undead Male to Nightelf Male, but i am still looking for a Undead Male to Orc Male.
And what do i do with the patch that i download? I dont understand, i get Armor Swapping, but not this. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

After you download the patch, you place it in your C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Data folder, and download the model edit fix in the stickied thread. Once you have done both of that, make sure the pacth is named a number between 1 - 9 or a letter between a - z. After that, put the ModelEditFix.exe in your C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft folder, and double click it to open World Of Warcraft. Now all your model edits should work.

If it says something like "Unable to validate game version", hit end on your keyboard before logging in, and before entering the world with a character, click Home on your keyboard.
