Char change only visable for your char.

Ive heard its possible, but cant find the thread.
I can change my models, pice of a cake.
But is it possible to only change my player model?
Like not getting the npc models to change aswell?

i saw a thead anywhere on these forums ... you can change your models that the npc's are still the race which they were, but i'm quiet sure that you can't edit your ( for example ) nightelfmale into a scourgemale without editing the other nightelfmales
