I need some advice. frostsaber > mechanostrider

I have been using the guides here for most of the day. I think that the Mechanostriders are the second coolest mounts in the game, but I don't much care for dwarfs or gnomes.

I think what I am trying to do is referred to 1lbp to 3 lbp. The taillight and the headlights for the model show up as white boxes in the game. First I read Fault's Mount Swap that is how I got to where I am now. I read How to : DBC Edit - Creatures - 1 BLP to 3 BLP. I tried this too, it didn't change anything for me. I Don't want someone to do it for me, I just want someone to point me in the right direction.
