When changing your race model, does everyone change too?

I'm still a little confused after reading the stickies.

I'm wanting to change my UD male into a Human female (gg cast animations) and I'm wondering if all Undead males will appear as Human females to me. If it's the latter, how do I edit so that only MY character looks different?

yes, they will. Impossible to change only your character
