[Weapon Reskin] Obsidian Edged Blade

Hey fellows,

could someone help me with a reskin of the Obsidian Edged Blade. I wanted to recreate a shinigami version of it much like the one Ichigo from the manga Bleach possesses like this one.

Well as far as I can tell model editing changed pretty much from the last time i did it (back in tbc) and paint is not quite usefull to paint in (i dont have photoshop and gimp crashes my pc). Help would be cool and +rep is guaranteed.
