Particle removal possible?

Hey all,

couldn't find a related topic so decided to make this one.
I'm on a shitty computer that cant handle alot of players and particles the same time.
Obviously i tuned down everything as much as possible.
I was hoping someone was able to know how to disable all particles, or all particles created by player spells.
Is this possible?
