Applying BLP's [Help]

Hey i was wondering if it is possible (and how) to apply a different texture that i have to the other NPC's with the same M2 (this doesnt make sense i know...i hate english).

Like if i have a custom texture for human male, how could i apply it to the NPC's with the same M2 (e.g SW Guards).

Just replace the .blp's, same as replacing .m2's.

One more thing, all the npc's Blp's are in a scary kind of mishmash in, "Textures/BakedNpcTextures.
How would i locate a specific texture?
Edit on the Edit: ah crap...Help me lol. Turns out the number isnt there...

It's in Common.mpq > Creature (not CREATURE) > HumanMaleGuard

I can do the edit for you if you give me the custom skin.

CreatureDisplayInfoExtra: Field 1 = race? Field 2 = WTF? Field 3 = SkinColor Field 4 = Facetype? Field 5 = HairStyle Field 6 = Hair Color. Field 7 = feature? Field 8 = Helm ID Field 9 = Shoulder ID Field 10 = ? Field 11 = ? Field 12 = ? Field 13 = Leg ID Field 20 = BakedNPCTexture used. You could map the ones that are using the skins you want to modify and redirect its skin to yours for example. Still alot of tedium though. >.>
