I've seen problems with eye glow before, and also with other .blps.
I assume that you are using photoshop. Just convert the .blp to a .png. Open the .png with paint. Save it and it should look better in photoshop. Thats it.
but is it than visible in game?
the eye glow is still crappy, that sucks
Are you sure the Alpha layer is still intact, and working, AND saved properly.
If you are using PNG, set it like so that the PNG 'invisible' part gets saved to ALPHA layer, and not to Invisible.
hm,but if i make a new layer or let it,its a full colored sqare or pixel like.
Just select the whole thing and hit ctrl - u for heal. It will still have the shading. Its not too complicated. I use CS3 btw.
i tried, either itlooks like a saphir on the eye or like a tapestry with black dots, can you tell me how xactly, means extracting the eyeglow.blp and than step per step?
