Simple model morph?

Hi all.

Just wondering if there is a simple program out there that is easy to use for swapping models?
I had one just before Cataclysm launched and it stopped working (cant remember the name sorry)

Here is a screenshot of a model i swapped my alt into at the time

It was not a hack, just a very basic program where i would input the ID of the item or npc i wanted to look like and then click a button and it would work.

It also worked for mounts.

I looked at Evermorph but that seems risky as its a true hack, and it can also create new models/terrain/move objects

If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated
