Race Change Possible? How?

As i can't find any race changes that work on the new patch, i want to know if its still possible and how?

Short but thats all i need to know :P

not possible since 4.0.3a and as far I know is still being worked on by others if they are even trying anymore. its not as simple as it used to be though.

No race change or model change of any kind works..only texture change works on the cata patches.

And I think that most cata textures cant be reskinned either.
