[How to] Use merfed's race to race changes and armor changing

Hi everybody, its me again !
Firstly, I'd like to know how am I suppose to use the merfed's files for race to race changes. I'm waiting for his last .rar of Horde to Alliance so that I can change my BeF into a NeF.
But there's still a problem, I don't know how to use this .rar, I mean, what am I suppose to do with it ? Can somebody help me ?
I didn't see any tips about that in merfed post, but maybe I'm too much tired.

Secondly, I want to change the S3 Rogue Boots into the Shadowmaster's Boots of BlackTemple(Mother Shahraz) but I'm lost. I use MPQEditor but with this one I don't know which item correspond to thoose two boots. Can someone tell me how I can do ? Or should I simply use another software than MPQEditor ?

Open the rar with winrar, extract the MPQ file into your data directory in your WoW folder, then run the Model Edit Fix and play wow.

And use WDB for editing your own gear. Check guides in the guide forum.

Aye and one last thing, but first of all, I downloaded WDB, it's a wonderful software ! Thanks for it !
So, it's about the Race to Race changes, will I be able to choose the skin of my new race (NE in my case) ? Or should I use another software about Helmfixes or this kind of stuff ?
