[Question] How to race change?

Hello, I've been away from the game for a while but while I played I had my Female Troll model edited to an Undead Male.

Back then it was simple, just put the, "Patch-Z.MPQ" file in your Data and presto!

Now it looks a bit different, I got a new Model edit but I'm wondering on how to go about making it work, I have no idea where to place the file and what to name it, etc.

there is atm no way in 4.0.3 to change the race model.
