    [Request] Sound swap: Mimiron's head

Hello, friends. I would really like to use idle Mimiron's head sound for flying, cause the sound while fying is really loud and irritating, but idle one seems great. Im using Gun Silencer to replace stupidly bad gun sounds, so also might use some new files for Mimiron's head, but swapping would work as well. If you find some new helicopter sounds then I'd really love to hear! If you include default path for flying sound from data files I would appreciate as well. Thanks in advance.

Ok I made a patch, havent tested it out yet tho since I dont have wow fully installed.

    patch-m.MPQ

It changes the mimiron mount sound.

    Hopefully it works.

Im playing on live, means its 4.0.3.
And im pretty sure i cant use mpq files atm cause game data is downloaded all the time, so its pretty risky to place custom mpq there in data folder. Can we make it like gun sounds, they are just in folder "World of Warcraft\Data\Sound\Item\Weapons\Gun\" instead of MPQ? So i actually need only wav file of idle Mimiron's head or replacement placed in similar directory. If you can get me the path from wow data files then we can make same path in data dir and place wav there.

    1. Check Gun Silencer addon. Its not a *.MPQ file, but just a *.wav which you place in wow data dir as it is but with specific path which is identical to the path inside original MPQ fiel i guess.
    2. I want to make the same thing for MImiron's Head sound.
    3. For that i need an extracted *.wav file of idle Mimiron's Head sound and the original path of flying Mimiron's Head sound.
    4. Cant ask it more clear, not natively english speaking...

    The path is,

    "World of Warcraft\Data\Sound\Creature\MimironHeadMount\MimironHeadMount_Run.ogg"

it is in .ogg format tho...umm...but the file in the mpq I sent u over is .ogg format too so I think it shouldnt be a problem.

Here is the MimironHeadMount_Run.ogg file if u cant seem to extract it from the previous MPQ.

    MimironHeadMount_Run.ogg

Funny thing, i started playing with sound again and seems that sound was hotfixed again and irritating loud copter is back, so this thread is still helpful. Gonna check the Sabelo's replacement when i get home.
