[Sound Swap Request] Please help.

Hello.

Is there any way to swap the 2 following sounds:

1) Spamming spells
- the annoying 'click' sound

2) Spamming trinket
- the annoying 'dum' sound

I would like to have these 2 removed, or replaced by a new soundfile that got no music, so i don't have to hear 4 hours a day 'click click dum dum dum click dum click click dum dum' etc when i'm raiding.

+rep if you can help me with a patch or so.

check that link, i'm looking for a working version of that. I downloaded it, but there are only soundfiles in it, no patches

Are you sure that doesn't work? I'm no expert but it seems like at least some sounds (the fishing sound, in particular) don't need to be in an MPQ at all--WoW just takes them from your local directory. For example, the fishing sound goes...

[your wow directory]\Data\Sounds\Spells\Tradeskills\FishBite.wav

(I assume the path below Data\ must match the patch in the MPQ.)
