Spell swap question (no animation > taunka from dbw proc)

Hi everyone, I want to switch two buff : Frostforged Champion (480ap proc from icc ring) and Maelstrom weapon (4PT10 Enh shammy) proc to Strength of the taunka.
First is it possible ? If yes, how ? Because I've done what to do in spells swap guides (fields 131,133 in dbc files etc) and nothings come ingame (just icon change ofc)

    Need some advice please !
