Mount swarp HELP

Hello
i have a problem when i mount swarp my Cenarion War Hippogryph to swift nether drake (s1 drake) its looks like this Imageshack - wowscrnshot070510130936.jpg

im useing Glitchy's Model Editing Suite V.2.7

so I wonder if anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong or if someone can swarp it for me

I think Glitchy's MES specificly states that it is not responsible for missing body parts and in your case some other stuff. Try swaping your mount in creaturedisplayinfo.dbc its not as simple as clicking and waiting but the end results are better.
