HELP! Noggit3 Will not start!

I got the latest Noggit from the blogspot and i cannot open it, I use Windows7 and I do "Run as Administrator" then it has an error, I checked the "log" TxT file... the only errors are:
.\mpq_libmpq.cpp:29 > Error opening archive C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\Data\enUS\locale-enUS.MPQ

and

.\mpq_libmpq.cpp:125 > Unable to find file fonts\MORPHEUS.TTF! Check MPQs and the file that has been requesting this!

also under that is

.\FreeType.cpp:232 > ERROR: FT_New_Face failed (there is probably a problem with your font file)

I do not understand it can someone please help me ASAP I want to make some area edits so I'm not a "forum leech" please help :confused::confused:

Well you should now that Noggit deletes the localenUS.

So you should read what you can do to prevent this, check through the whole thread on the development or read on the blog site.
