Help to get NoggIt started.

I'm getting a weird error once I open NoggIt - which I don't understand why it's forcing a shutdown.

Upon looking at the log, it says:

Attempting to Load File DBFilesClientAreaTable.dbc
Unable to find file DBFilesClientAreaTable.dbc

do u have WoW 1.12 installed?
did u run 1.12 version of wow before u used noggit if u do have1.12 installed?
if not install 1.12 and run it then shut quit dont need to log in.... then run noggit should work according to the guild on the ME forums main page
ima bout to do the smae thing (gotta install wow 1.12 first) ill let ya know how it turns out after installation

Ya, I freshly installed 1.12, opened 1.12 WoW, attempted to open NoggIt and got this error >.<

Figured it out for myself now
