Big airstrip pl0x?

To Whom it May Concern,

I'd really love if a good model editor could just go into Westfall and make a big tarmack'd runway in the middle of it. I'm not bothered where it is as long as it doesn't go into Sentinel Hill, Moonbrook or Elwynn. Nothing really is required apart from a big black rectangular runway that's flat with the Fizzcrank runway texture. No white markings are required; if you'd really like to make me overjoyed, a human barracks beside it would be fantastic. I'll +Rep as much as I can to anyone who can do this for me.
