Item Sheath Display Not Showing

So here's the thing, I've been making custom items for my private server, got em all up (copied on dbc repack, made enUS patch on wow folder etc2.)

When I log in everything was in place, the item table, no "?" sign which means can be used properly, BUT the only thing wrong is that when the item's on it's sheath, it's not showing at all. I've been googling and searching post here trying to find anything to fix it, but still can't find the answer to fix it.

So maybe anyone here care to help me figure this one out please?

I'm using mangos 3.3.2 v.6.26 repack btw.
