How can i fix my char to look back to normal I was useing GnF to ScF and now its permanent even tho I deleted the patch-6.MPQ?

Are you sure you removed the right patch? I guess you could try a GnF to GnF patch if the edit somehow got into a Blizzard patch, if that's even possible.

Looks like you have forgotten the edit on when you patched wow.
You have to reinstall the game or delete original MPQs and then repair.
