Tauren Race-swap problem

Hi everyone

Im new to model editing, so sorry if this is a noob problem . I used GlitchysMES to swap my Tauren to some other races like Nightelf or Gnome, but everytime the result is the same and my char looks like this:


Is there an way to fix this?

You have most of it down but still that last bit to go
