Question - Creating Gameobjects?

I know nothing about model editing but I am wondering if you can make custom edits and turn them into a gameobject for use on my private server? as long as you are using the patch and all, is this in anyway possible?

Yes, DBCs:
GameObjectDisplayInfo.dbc - WoW.Dev Wiki
maybe: GameObjectDisplayInfo.dbc - WoW.Dev Wiki
If you want custom models, you need also to convert the models to m2(use 3ds to m2 or MDX to M2)
