CSV to DBC :=)

Hello, can someone post me a link for a program, where i can make CSV Files to DBC Files ?
because DBCUtil dont work, the output file is always only 1kb and when i start my server it will be crash.

True...BUT he says that DCUtil dosn't work and i don't know another programm to convert CSV to DBC, so... i give an alternative solution to edit DBCs.

i see what he is doing, you have to export the CSV file using wow model viewer, not using the DCUtil program.
