MyWarcraftstudio Problem

Hello Community,
i downloadet MyWarcraftstudio and everything works find but i have one problem. when i open a .m2 it doesn get showed. There is just the green circle which is spinning all the time

My WoW Patch is 3.1.3
can some one help me plox?

Previously after a certain patch (come WotLK perhaps) MWS would crash when selecting an M2. I'm guessing here but I think whoever updated it just disabled the 3d rendering so that you can still extract the files. If you're unsure of what model you need to extract, give WoW model viewer a go. You can see all models currently on your screen in WoWMV in the dropdown menu if you go to view -> model control.
