    CHARACTER to CREATURE swap possible?

    I've been having great difficulty changing the troll male model to that of a hooded Consortium-type ethereal creature. I get an error (Not the one caused by lack of a modelfix.exe, a different one) or a black screen (when I select the troll character) when I try. Anyone know how to do this?
