[Help!] No skin texture after Character to Creature swap

I've been trying to make a dwarf male/dwarf female into a worgen using
this guide
The texture looks fine in game, but during character creation and the login screen, the worgan is completely untextured (solid white).
Is there a way to fix this, or do I have to deal with it?

That's the first thing i read on getting started and never figured it out, best i did were to turn wolves into white skins.

The problem with that method as well is you can't have multiple patch files with different changes, as it contains two display files so it only really loads one.

Look for one of the guides about extracting the .m2 files and such and renaming to another model, it's ahell of alot easier and works great.

that's the one i used and does the job perfect, just try not to use something very new like marine murloc or proto drake, the guide doesnt cover changing animations or additional skins.

the worgen i'm using is the pre-bc model, so that won't be a problem
