Character to creature?

I was wondering if it would be possible to turn a Character into creature. eg Tauren male to ragnaros. I have seen it done before and was wondering if its still possible. any comments appreciated, thanks.

It sure is still possible.

I can change the 3d models to say ragnaros. but I don't know how I can get the textures right?

You have to DBC edit it, but I'm not here to teach, so you'll have to do the rest on your own.

Fairly sure Ragnaros references it's own textures though, so the skin is automatically applied without any other editing.

well for editing weapons etc you just get the model and rename it, but you can't do that from character to creature.
