[Help] Race swapping problem

I have the latest version of WoW and WoWME, I do as it says and put it into the patch-X.MPQ format in the Data folder, and hit f8 once, if not several times before login. It seems to not work with my Draenei swaps, but my BeM -> HuM and my HuM -> Arthas swaps worked fine, just my Draenei ones won't, I've tried Noodel's HE swaps, merfed's Draenei to BeM swap, and still nothing. Can someone tell me what's wrong? I have a Windows XP. +2Rep if you help me solve my problem.

Well i'm going to keep this short in case im wrong but most race swapping patches i've found just don't work, most likely because theyre out of date or incompatible or whatever, basically theres nothing you can do about it.

It doesnt seem to be possible to use more than 1 at a time but if that's all you need they're the best conversions i've seen so far.
